Isabel was born in Melbourne, Australia. Her father is Australian and her mother is Swiss. Her family lived in Australia, Switzerland, Melbourne Jabiru (a small mining community in Northern Territory), Cairns Australia and Jabiru in Switzerland. Her sister Nina went to a school that had children from all cultures and First Nations. Isabel is currently living within Byron Bay NSW Australia. Isabel was engaged in drama from her school days. Following her graduation from Queensland University of Technology, she pursued a degree in drama at the Victoria College of Arts.
